The pork, succulent and beautifully caramelised, carried a soft sweetness that lingered on the palate. Adding to the experience was a beautiful bottle of La Motte Rosé, a delicate blush wine that danced effortlessly between floral and fruit notes. Throughout the night, our host Luis exemplified world-class hospitality. Warm, intuitive, and endlessly attentive, he anticipated every need with quiet grace. Under his care, we weren’t just served — we were pampered. Each course arrived with precision, each pour of wine with ceremony, creating an atmosphere of pure indulgence.

And as the evening came to a close, there was only one fitting finale: a perfect espresso. Smooth, rich, and aromatic, it was the best we’ve found in Ponta do Ouro — a bold yet balanced finish to a dinner that had already surpassed every expectation.
